Feeling Confident is not something which we can learn it is something which comes from within us. We just need to understand and trust our instincts.Here are some of the points which we can do to feel confident if ever we are nervous or scared.
1. I am already a winner.

When we are in a competition we feel a pinch of excitement and nervousness and we do feel scared and its a mixed feeling altogether. However, we all might have experience this that its more of nervousness than the excitement. With all these mixed feelings happening inside us if we go with our instincts and we say to ourselves that, I can do it. I am already a winner. This sentence will not make us a winner however, It will give us the confidence to compete and if everything goes well we can be a winner. Just a little believe in ourselves that I can do it and I am a winner can help us bring back our confidence.
2. Deep Breath.

Ever felt something uneasy going on inside your solar flexes (area just below our chest)? A lot of us have experienced this during different occasions like competition, exams, results etc. This is nothing but when we feel nervous or feel less confident. When we breath deeply and push the air from our stomach and release it through our mouth instead of our nose we can feel better because we releasing stress our and there we feel confident.
3. Wear a pleasant smile.

Everyone knows this that smile can do miracles. However wearing a smile can also help us in gaining confidence. If we ever feel under confident or nervous to speak to someone or to give a speech just start with a bright smile and start with a bold voice all our nervousness will fade away and we can feel confident enough to speak in front of as many people as we want.
Here was some of the examples of how we can feel confident in those situations where we feel nervous. Again confident is not something we can learn it is something we have within ourselves and we have to believe in ourselves and just go for it we will feel confident.
